Im Prinzip ja. Aber selbst für Dich sollte es trivial sein, eine
Spannung von 5 V zu erzeugen, die etwas Strom aufnehmen kann, also 7805
mit Widerstand am Ausgang, und den Punkt als Minus des Instrumentes zu
nehmen.
